These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Orghaus Inc. (“Orghaus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website located at orghaus.com (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Site.

Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Ownership All content, materials, design elements, photographs, graphics, text, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Site (“Content”) are owned by Orghaus or licensed to us.
3.2 Limited License We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non‑commercial use only.
3.3 Restrictions You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written authorization.

4. Service Descriptions and Client Engagements
4.1 Informational Nature of Site Content Descriptions of Services, methodologies, pricing, and availability on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding commitment.
4.2 Client Agreements All Services are subject to separate written agreements, proposals, or service contracts (“Client Agreements”). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement shall govern.
4.3 Luxury Service Standards Given the bespoke nature of our Services, Orghaus reserves the right to decline engagements that do not align with our service model, scope, or professional standards.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Statement.

6. Third‑Party Websites and Resources
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or resources. Orghaus is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Accessing third‑party sites is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers
7.1 Site Availability The Site and its Content are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site.
7.2 No Professional Guarantees While Orghaus strives to deliver exceptional luxury home‑organization outcomes, results may vary based on client participation, environmental factors, and other variables. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes unless expressly stated in a Client Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orghaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orghaus, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Site or Terms

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
